@everyone

⚠️ WARNING: You Are About to Meet Milla McCammon

Proceed normally, but understand a few things first.

Milla is extremely friendly. She will talk to you, laugh with you, probably feed you, and make you feel completely comfortable.

This is how she gets you.

Because while you're chatting, she's quietly noticing the 14 things in your business that make absolutely no sense.

You may casually mention, “We've always done it that way.”

Do not do this.

You have just activated her.

Within approximately three minutes, she will have identified:

why you're doing it the hard way,
which technology should be doing it for you,
where customers are falling through the cracks,
why your website looks like it was abandoned sometime during the Obama administration,
and at least one thing AI could handle while everyone else is sitting in another meeting talking about handling it.

She has a particularly low tolerance for complicated things that do not need to be complicated.

If you say, “I'm just not very techy,” you're fine.

She likes you already.

If you say, “AI could never do that,” prepare for a demonstration.

If you say, “We've tried everything,” she will immediately want to know what “everything” means.

And heaven help you if you say:

“That's impossible.”

Milla considers this less of a statement and more of a project brief.

She also has approximately 37 ideas operating simultaneously, 11 browser tabs open, three businesses being reconsidered, two websites being redesigned, and at least one entirely new business concept that appeared sometime between dinner and bedtime.

Do not be alarmed.

This is apparently normal.

She has been designing and building things long enough that she can look at something for four seconds and say:

“Something's off.”

She will not yet know what.

But something is off.

And now nobody is leaving until she figures out what it is.

Also, if your website is ugly, understand that she is trying very hard not to make a face. 🫣

She may fail.😂

Her hospitality settings are equally aggressive.

If you enter her orbit, there's a reasonable chance you will be fed, helped, organized, introduced to somebody useful, given an idea you didn't ask for, and sent home wondering how you somehow acquired homework.

She believes in loyalty, keeping your word, common sense, doing what you said you were going to do, and helping people without becoming their personal pack mule.

So if you're willing to participate?

You're going to get along great.

If you're looking for someone to drag you kicking and screaming toward your own success?

Keep moving.

And one final warning:

Never tell Milla about a messy business process unless you're emotionally prepared for her to start fixing it.

You thought you were making conversation.

She thought you were asking for an audit.

Proceed accordingly. 😂
